Window & Mirror Solutions

Windows and mirrors are subject to oil-based finger prints and water marks. To quickly dissolve these marks, use a solution of cleaning vinegar and distilled water.

Note: Distilled water dilutes the vinegar and is free of mineral traces which tend to leave streaks on the surface.

Fun Fact: Vinegar is made through a process where alcohols are distilled from grain and allowed to ferment. While fermenting, microorganisms process the alcohol into acetic acid and water, or vinegar. The acidic nature of vinegar makes it a powerful natural cleaning solution.

Fun Fact: Cleaning vinegar is a higher concentrated vinegar than the typical distilled white vinegars you buy at grocery stores. While distilled vinegars contain approximately 5% acetic acid, cleaning vinegars contain 6%. That might not sound like much, but at 1% higher concentration, cleaning vinegar is 20% stronger than white distilled vinegar. For best results when cleaning, use cleaning vinegar.
